If you download any file or copy any image from the site the ownership of that material remains with the image owners or licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, translate, or sell the contents of those files unless you have written permission from the owners.

Availability

All costumes offered are produced on Order and subject to material availability. PBSA Limited reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. If you order an item that is unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative item if we are not able to supply the item within the allocated time.

Our Guarantee

We offer an exchange like for like policy on all products that are damaged or faulty. Goods may be returned within 7 days from when they were received for exchange. PBSA Limited will refund any UK postage costs that may occur when returning damaged or faulty goods only and not returns due to wrong sizing. Any items received back after the 14 days will be known as "goods in dispute" and will be sent back to the purchaser without refund or exchange.
The images on our website are used to display our products, although these images depict the products to the best of our ability we cannot be held responsible for slight differences in colours to the products due to different screen resolutions or the look of the products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We do not hold stock. Materials are ordered and all costumes produced specifically on Order and as such we do not accept returns for these costumes or any designs that are created or altered to your request.

Faulty products will be replaced with the same product if available or refunded if the product is unavailable. Wrong Size products will be replaced with the same product in an alternative size if available or refunded if the product is unavailable. Any goods returned outside of our Returns Policy date will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability, unless PBSA Limited are at fault or the order is damaged or faulty then we will refund the return postage costs. (All goods are checked before despatch). Please obtain a proof and price of postage from your Postal Service provider when returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. You may return by a recorded delivery if you wish, however PBSA Limited will not pay for this extra cost. When returning goods for a refund we will only refund the cost of the item(s) and not postage costs charged when purchasing the item(s), unless PBSA Limited or the goods are at fault. PBSA Ltd reserve the right to charge a 20% fee for any cancelled orders where materials have already been ordered from suppliers.

All returns must be received for restocking within 14-days. We do not accept returns received after 14-days. All goods returned must be kept in original conditions i.e. not worn, have all packaging in tact. Products used or damaged in any way will be refused a refund; this includes items smelling of smoke, stretching, damaged packaging or any other damage deemed so by PBSA Limited. We will examine all goods upon receipt and give a refund only if our returns criteria are met. If an exchange is not required a refund will be issued for the cost of the goods only (unless faulty or damaged).

A returns address will be allocated to you by email and this will be to our distribution centres abroad.

When returning goods please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. If a refund is made, it will be done by the same method you used to pay the original transaction.
