VAT charged at the UK current rate of 20% is added at checkout to prices displayed on website. Customers from the E.C. member states will be charged UK VAT unless they are ordering from a business registered for VAT within the E.C and the order is placed by mail or fax on company stationery clearly stating their registered VAT number (a copy of your certificate of VAT registration may be required for your first order). If you are outside the European Community you do not need to pay the UK current VAT rate and this will be deducted from your order total.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card and debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit SSL encryption.

DELIVERY DETAILS
Stock and EXPRESS>>  items will be shipped by the next working day within the UK. Manufacture to order and colour changed catalogue mascots will be shipped to European countries within 5-21 days from order date. Delivery for bespoke and custom made mascots will be quoted on an individual basis. Delivery in the UK with be via Parcelforce and a signature will be required for costumes on delivery. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and will be added to your order before payment is made. For deliveries outside of Europe please contact us for delivery charges.

PBSA (Mascot Costumes) cannot be held responsible for none delivery of goods by the carrier after being dispatched from our store. This includes damage in transit; strike action and any other carrier fault out of our control. Please make sure you order your products in good time especially at holiday times (i.e. Easter, Halloween and Christmas). If you would like to check the delivery dates of an item or would like to insure your delivery please contact us on Tel UK: 0845 5196249 9am-5.30pm GMT Mon – Fri to make arrangements.

Force Majeure
If delivery is delayed by forces outside of our reasonable control including without limitation acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock out, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's work force), or restraints or delays affecting carriers; we will e-mail you within 7 working days to inform you of the delay.

If you download any file or copy any image from the site the ownership of that material remains with the image owners or licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, translate, or sell the contents of those files unless you have written permission from the owners.

Availability
All goods offered are subject to availability and PBSA reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. If you order an item that is unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative item if we are not able to supply the item within the allocated time.

Our Guarantee
We offer an exchange like for like policy on all products that are damaged or faulty. Goods may be returned within 7 days from when they were received for exchange. PBSA will refund any UK postage costs that may occur when returning damaged or faulty goods only and not returns due to wrong sizing or that are unsuitable. Any items received back after the 14 days will be known as "goods in dispute" and will be sent back to the purchaser without refund or exchange.

The images on our website are used to display our products, although these images depict the products to the best of our ability we cannot be held responsible for slight differences in colours to the products due to different screen resolutions or the look of the products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7-days after you receive the goods (with exception of bespoke items or designs that are created or altered to your request). This period starts the following day after receiving the goods.  We do not accept returns for bespoke items or designs that are created or altered to your request. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability, unless PBSA are at fault or the order is damaged or faulty then we will refund the return postage costs. (All goods are checked before despatch). Please obtain a proof and price of postage from your Postal Service provider when returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. You may return by a recorded delivery if you wish, however PBSA will not pay for this extra cost. When returning goods for a refund we will only refund the cost of the item(s) and not postage costs charged when purchasing the item(s), unless PBSA or the goods are at fault.

All returns must be received for restocking within 14-days. We do not accept returns received after 14-days. All goods returned must be kept in original conditions i.e. not worn, have all packaging in tact. Products used or damaged in any way will be refused a refund; this includes items smelling of smoke, stretching, damaged packaging or any other damage deemed so by PBSA. We will examine all goods upon receipt and give a refund only if our returns criteria are met. If an exchange is not required a refund will be issued for the cost of the goods only (unless faulty or damaged). Faulty products will be replaced with the same product if available or refunded if the product is unavailable. Wrong Size products will be replaced with the same product in an alternative size if available or refunded if the product is unavailable. Any goods returned outside of our Returns Policy date will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

When returning goods please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. If a refund is made, it will be done by the same method you used to pay the original transaction.
