Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated when address has been typed into the Checkout. Please note: On occasions we may need to contact you for additional postage costs due to costume and country variations.

Mascot Costume Delivery Lead Times 

We sell two different Ranges and they have differing lead times as follows:

Stock mascots - This means that we have the template pattern in stock, so you have two options:

1. Standard Delivery - will usually be delivered in around four weeks after payment has cleared.
2. Next Day Delivery - Subject to materials being in stock, we can send costumes on a next working day delivery. We literally drop everything else to construct the Costume as a matter of priority. This will then go straight to the head of the queue for packaging. Finally we despatch the mascot with dedicated couriers for a Next working Day Guaranteed delivery. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to revised customs regulations and global pressures, next day delivery is highly unlikely. Please contact us before you place the order.

Custom Made mascot costumes

These will usually be delivered in around seven weeks after payment has cleared. However we can sometimes speed this process - please contact us for more details.
