Mascot Costume Delivery Lead Times

Please contact us before you place an urgent delivery order. We are currently unable to offer Next Day service but may be able to prioritise.  

Stock Mascots

This option refers to mascots for which we already have template patterns in stock. Typically, these can be delivered up to four weeks after payment clearance. In some cases, delivery may be expedited; please contact us for more details.

Custom Made Mascot Costumes

Custom made mascot costumes are generally delivered around 20 weeks after the order has been confirmed. We may be able to expedite this process in certain circumstances. Please reach out to us for further information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated once the delivery address is entered during checkout. Please note that additional postage costs may apply for specific costumes and international shipments.
